Bewitching Batting Display to Rescue Napier

India’s batting wizards showed their class again to save 2nd test in Napier, New Zealand. Gambhir, Dravid, Sachin, Laxman & Yuvraj took responsibility on their shoulder to rescue India from losing 2nd test.
After getting follow-on, Indian batsman shown great skills & patience on 4th & 5th day of match. Gautam Gambhir, who is the Archetype of Indian’s batting. He nearly stood 11 hours on crease to blocked one end. He might not scored maximum numbers, but his efforts are not any means lesser than match winning performance for India. He was well accompanied by The Wall Rahul Dravid who made 62 (4X6, 6X1), Sachin 64 (4X9, 6X1), VVS Laxman 124 (4X25, 6X0), Yuvraj Singh 54 (4X10, 6X0). Amazing fact is, Dravid slams sixer after 24 innings.
VVS Laxman is instrumental in his 124 runs inning. He along with Yuvraj Singh makes sure that there will be no damage after Gautam Gambhir’s classy innings.
We hope M.S.Dhoni will come back for final frontier in wellington. Indians definitely wants to win 3rd test to clinch series against kiwis in their home after 41 years.
On other hand kiwis will carry 2nd test confidence to final bash.

Square Peg In A Round Hole

That’s a situation of sehwag. Follow me, probably that’s message from sehwag to team India. He himself showed no temperament to stay at least on crease till end of 3rd day. After getting follow on India are 47 for loss of India’s irresponsible caption.

Now India has to play out of there skin to save 2nd test match. It’s not that, NZ has bowled exceptionally well, but it was Indians, who shown reluctance to stay on crease. Yuvraj Singh is one of classic example on in-consistency. In fact zaheer khan is better test player than him.

What should I write? I am running out of words. In fact, I don’t want right anything negative. I should also follow sehwag--------------- to become careless about Team India’s performance.

Victorious South Africa & West Indies

On the other hand, South African & West Indies are managed to do all things which are looking impossible for team India.

In first T20 international match, on Johannesburg, south Africans shown great team work & sharpness in bowling & fielding department to restrict mighty Australian’s on not enough 166 runs.

David Hussy was instrumental on his not out knock of 88 (4X5,6X6)runs, who was well accompanied by Australians dashing opening batsman David Warner. Ultimately South African achieved this target five balls remaining.

West Indies also continued there winning strick to beat England in 2nd one-dayer by D/L method. There bowlers put up fast & furious blowing show, which reminds past west India grates like Garner & Sobres.

Save Napier

Yes, what seems to be draw turns out to be a battle for saving test. Indians are not at all looking to bowled out oppositions. There are waiting for declaration from newzelanders. It seems Indians are desperately missing India’s successful captain.
Sehwag has no plans in armory to bowled NZ out, and running short of strategies which are needed to decide on field.

Bowlers are also looking dis-array. Only zaheer is bowled is heart out. Ishant, munaf & harbhajan looking to finish there spell. Harbhajan is really disappointing. He is Indians leading off-spinner & wicket taker. It has no meaning, he will wait for pitch to support him & then he start spinning ball. I think, he should learn from spinning masters like Shane Warn & Murlidharan, who turns ball on any kind of pitches. There is no meaning he is looking to contain batsman till pitch gets supportive to spin bowling.

On the other hand newzeland looking in full control of game. No doubts out of fear of Indians batting strength, they declared so late. They have not created a sporty wicket. They know Indians bowling strengths. If wicket is useful to their bowlers then Indians blowers having strength to make most of it. Full credit to NZ batsman they shown temperament to stand on pitch and make most use of pitch.

Sehwag again shows no responsibility at all to stand on pitch and fail to put up batting show. Gambhir other hand followed his opening partner and given away his wicket at a crucial juncture when he was looking good.
Dravid is also guilty for exposing night watchman, Ishant Sharma. He should have taken responsibility of a senior batsman and tried to take as much as strike as possible. Now once again it all depends of Indians Maestro Sachin Tendulkar.
